Failure

The 7 weeks have concluded, and what have I accomplished? Not much to say the least. My splits have progessed a few inches at most and I have spent the last few weeks just being more sore than usual. However, I have learned more about how my body moves and have developed a habit that will aid me with my athletic endeavors. After this experience I definitely plan on continuing my pursuit of the splits and improving my flexibility. Hopefully over this coming winter break I will be able to take advantage of all the time I have and absolutely shread through my tight muscles to gain the god like ability of the splits. Since I now have a somewhat well designed stretching protocol it will only come down to my ability to use my time and not procrastinate my stretching everyday. Writing a weekly blogpost on this topic has held me accountable and kept my mind on my goal. I am considering creating my own personal blog/journal that will help me with other habits that I wish to develop further. I hope my blog has been somewhat informative and enjoyable to read over this past quarter. Thank you all for reading!
